📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped directly from Germany. No customs, no weeks of waiting from Asia.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 1–3 working days via DHL Paket.
EU: 3–7 working days.
Express shipping is possible upon request.
When is shipping free?
For orders over €49 within Germany. For orders over €99 in the EU.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the entire EU, as well as Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For other countries, please inquire in advance.
🃏 Products, Authenticity & Tournament Legality
Are the products really original?
Yes, 100%. We exclusively import original products directly from Japan, Vietnam, and China. No fakes, no reprints – every delivery is personally checked by us. As active players, we know exactly what matters.
Are OCG cards tournament legal?
That depends on the tournament. For official Konami tournaments like YCS or Regionals in Europe, the TCG Banlist applies – generally, only TCG cards are allowed. For unofficial tournaments, community events, locals, or formats like Edison and Speed Duel, the organizer decides. Many tournaments in the scene explicitly allow OCG cards. If in doubt, always ask the tournament organizer beforehand.
What is the difference between OCG and TCG?
The OCG (Original Card Game) is the Asian version of Yu-Gi-Oh!, released in Japan, Vietnam, Korea, and other countries. The TCG is the Western version for Europe and America. Many cards and sets appear in the OCG earlier or even exclusively – which makes OCG products particularly interesting for collectors and tournament players.
Are there also products from Vietnam or China?
Yes. Our goal is to cover all OCG regions. We carry exclusive products from Japan, Vietnam, and China. Check back regularly or follow us on social media to not miss any drops.
Can I also buy single cards?
Yes, we have a growing selection of singles. If you are looking for a specific card that is not in the shop, simply contact us.
🔖 Pre-orders
Are pre-orders guaranteed?
Yes, 100%. If you pre-order a product, your order is definitively reserved. You only pay when the product is ready for shipment – and you are guaranteed to get it at the pre-ordered price, even if it increases afterwards.
What happens if a pre-ordered product is delayed?
We will inform you immediately by email if there are any delays. You can cancel the pre-order free of charge at any time in this case.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, as long as the product has not yet been shipped, you can cancel free of charge at any time. Just email us at shop@jungcards.com.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
We ship as early as possible – usually on or shortly after the official release date in Japan.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, instant transfer), credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and instant bank transfer.
Is purchase on account possible?
Yes, you can conveniently purchase on account via Klarna. Klarna conducts the credit check.
When are pre-orders debited?
Payment is due at the time of shipment, not at the time of order.
🔄 Returns & Complaints
Can I return products?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned unopened and in their original condition. All details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by email at shop@jungcards.com with photos of the damage. We will quickly find a solution.
What do I do if an item is missing?
Email us at shop@jungcards.com with your order number. We will take care of it immediately.
